Returns and Refunds
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
* The item was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
* You contact us within 1 day of receiving the order.
* The item is unused and in its original packaging.
* You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
* You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened. The video must clearly show the package condition, shipping label, and the product inside. This video is mandatory to support any claim for a return or refund due to damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products. Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
